Refund policy

TOMZY BRAND ACCEPTS EXCHANGES & RETURNS 

(except stock-off and customized items as "create your bikini")

We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the email of proof of purchase. 

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at info@tomzybrand.com. Please note that returns and exchanges will need to be sent to the following address: [we will provide you with the address].

If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. The shipping costs of an exchange are of the responsibility of the costumer. The shipping method, used by the client, needs to have a tracking number. We are not responsible if an untracked order is sent to us and it doesn't arrive. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

In case of an exchange, as soon as the item in question arrives to our address, we inspect it, and if it is according to these statement rules, we send you back the new item you have requested in the exchange process. These shipping cost are offered by our brand.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable or exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchange, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items as "create your bikini"), and stock off final sale products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items or gift cards.

Canceled orders mid shipping process
If the order has already been shipped, you do not have the right to cancel your order, no matter the reason or justification.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (or other method we might suggest) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
