Shipping policy
SHIPPING 1-6 BUSINESS DAYS (PORTUGAL & EU)
We are a brand based in Lisbon, Portugal, European Union.
When you make an order and it is confirmed after payment, it will take us a maximum of 3 business days to process and ship your order. Please bear in mind that our products are all handmade and our team works really hard to ship all orders as soon as possible but delays can happen. After we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking code, to track your order online.
Shipping company
We use CTT Portugal to ship our orders, when the order leaves Portugal territory, it is up to the official national post mail service in each country to deliver the order to you. However the tracking will always be on the CTT website, with the tracking code you have received for your order.
Please note that we can only get in touch with CTT the Portuguese national mail service, if something goes wrong with the delivery of your order. So it might take us a while to fix the problem, because we need to wait for their reply.
Responsibility
We are not responsible if an order is marked as delivered by the shipping service, and the costumer says they didn't received it. Please note that in certain situations, some costumers take advantage and say they didn't receive an item, when they actually did. Due to our previous experiences, we currently are not accepting responsibility on this matter. Hope you understand and sorry for any inconvenience.
